The 'Not Done Yet' Group Programme
Losing a job can be a stressful and challenging experience. The emotional impact of it is significant, and it goes beyond financial concerns. It affects our sense of self and our identity.

The worry about a stable salary and the discomfort of being out of work put us in ‘doing’ mode: constantly checking LinkedIn for job posts, networking, sending CVs....we can't stop thinking about it.

When we do this, though, we don’t allow ourselves to heal. And healing is necessary to figure out what the right next step is for you.
Losing your job brings on a time of transition that is messy and painful; but it can also be an opportunity for growth and transformation. It is an opportunity for self-reflection, for redefining what success really looks like for us, for asking ourselves questions we normally don’t ask when we are lost in the busyness of our lives.
With the right support you can learn to navigate these choppy waters well. You can connect more deeply with yourself, explore who you are, how you feel, what you truly want, and who you want to be.
So you can move forward with more confidence and clarity, and find more meaning and joy in the next chapter of your life.

This is what my ‘Not Done Yet’ programme helps you with.
"I joined the ‘Not Done Yet’ program at a very challenging time, filled with uncertainty and doubt, but having you and the group helped me find clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of purpose. Your ability to ask the right questions and challenge me to think differently has been instrumental in changing the way I saw myself and giving me a sense of direction moving forward. I am so very grateful for all your encouragementand empathy - being part of this group has made a world of difference to me personally and professionally" Sarra Martin, Healthcare Communication Strategy Director

During the programme we all grew in self-confidence and assuredness, and by the end all us had found another job or knew what direction we wanted to head in next. Anna Chapman
The Programme: What is it and Who is it for?
'Not Done Yet' is a 3-month online group coaching programme created to support women over 40 who are navigating redundancy. The group is kept small – maximum 8 participants – to allow for a deeper connection.
The programme consists of 8 sessions (1.5 to 2 hours long), and is designed to create a safe space where you can connect more deeply with yourself - and others going through a similar experience - work through your emotions, and figure out what’s next for you.

Specifically, the program helps you:

Connect with your emotions and allow whatever is inside to surface, to be verbalised and/or expressed in some way, and to be seen and heard. Sharing in a safe community can be very healing
Identify your strengths, values, and personal purpose
Build better boundaries, so whether you go back to your current career or start something new, you can take better care of yourself
Redefine what success looks like for you, and gain clarity on who you want to be and what you really want in the next chapter of your life.
Rebuild your confidence and show up more powerfully, whatever you do next
Having the right group dynamic is very important to me, so I will curate the groups to make sure I create communities that are nurturing and supportive. Hence Before joining, we will speak 1-to-1, to make sure this is the right fit for you.
While sharing and supporting each other is at the core of each session, the program is also designed to take you on a journey of self-connection, growth and unfolding, to help you better navigate this difficult transition.
My key role as a coach is to create a safe, ‘no-judgement’ space where people feel comfortable to open up and share their experience. I will guide and facilitate discussions, ask questions, and coach individuals in the group if and when needed.
In every session I will also share information, offer models, and facilitate exercises and practices to help you gain more self-awareness and overcome challenges. I use both creative and somatic exercises (body-based, to help you connect with your emotions and intuition) to get people out of their heads.

"You have helped us navigate so much over these last few months, and a testament of your guidance and leadership is how much we have evolved - as individuals and as a group - since that first call. Moreover, you have brought together this little community of incredible women and planted the seed for friendships that will continue to flourish in the months and years to come. Your instinct about each of us and how we might work as a group paid off in ways that will continue rewarding us for a very long time. That is priceless" Clare Kleinedler, Senior Communication Consultant
The Programme: Why am I doing it?
A few months ago, a good friend of mine was made redundant, and after her more friends went through the same experience. Seeing how much it affected them led me to write a post on LinkedIn about people in their 40s and 50s losing their jobs.
My post got a lot of engagement and I connected with a lot of people, all over the world, going through the same experience, all feeling insecure and lost. I heard stories that made me sad and angry. And I realised that this is an experience people should not navigate alone.
Without thinking too much, I offered to put together a group. In the next 3 months I worked with 8 amazing women, learning a lot from them, and I created a programme together with them.
The transformation I witnessed as we moved through, session by session, was incredible and truly inspiring.
Everyone in the group felt seen, heard, and validated in ways they never thought possible. They grew, they learnt a lot about themselves, and they were able to step more into their power.
By the end, they had all found a new job or had decided to pursue something new.
This is why I decided to officially launch my group coaching programme. People who lose their job need support and connections, and I want to continue to help.
